AZ Robotics is an industrial robots and automation company. We are specialized in Robots Integration, Welding solutions, Spot welding guns commissioning and tuning as well as Automation Consulting Services.
In addition to the services above, AZ Robotics is also a PLC and HMI programming specialist, we design, program and troubleshoot PLC and Panel view programs. Mainly Allen Bradley but we also do Siemens and Omron controllers.
We design and install customized work stations and we implement complete automated production lines. AZ Robotics is a full service automation solutions.
We deal with Robots ABB, Panasonic, Motoman, Nachi and Fanuc. We also work on Welding solutions such as Mig Welding, Spot Welding, Projection Welding and Drawn Arc Welding.

Developing an effective strategy for your project
Starting with a meeting to discuss your needs and goals, we then develop specific solutions along with an appropriate strategy for your project.

Project development process and integration
Once the solution is developed and ready, we will then schedule a convenient time for you (low or no production) in order to implement the integration and/or changes.

Once all changes and modifications have been implemented, we will proceed to the testing and validation of the system. We will then apply any necessary turnings.
